Build it. Program it. Fly it.

In this hands-on class, students dive into the fast-growing world of drone technology. Young engineers will build their own drone, learn how the hardware works, and then bring it to life through programming and flight missions.
Using both Blockly block-coding and Python, students master real robotics and coding concepts as they:
-
Assemble and troubleshoot drone components
-
Program flight paths and autonomous missions
-
Code sensors for stability, navigation, and obstacle detection
-
Learn safety, physics of flight, and aerodynamics
-
Complete creative drone challenges and mini-projects
By the end of the course, every student has the confidence to code, control, and safely pilot a drone—combining engineering, robotics, and real-world problem-solving skills in one unforgettable experience.

Our planet is already breathtakingly gorgeous. However, digital design for kids brings a whole new perspective to the world! We educate students to the art and science of digital design in this series of seminars, from how colours have powerful power to the best approaches to build 3D models that come alive. Computer science is just as much about art and design as it is about code.
