#1 Kids Coding School in Downtown Toronto

It is a unique learning opportunity for your kids to acquire valuable programming, STEM, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to help them be the future. At Kids Coding School, we aim for 12 kids per class with a staff-to-student ratio of 1:4. Kids will learn how to code in the first hour of the class and use the knowledge they learned to create a STEM project in the second hour of class. We create unique learning opportunities for our students to help them reach their full potential, and build a strong foundation for their future.

Sequencing skills learned in this course are fundamental to early literacy and mathematics. Kids ages 5 to 9 learn to code and develop basic problem-solving and profound creativity skills while playing and having fun. By completing the sequence challenges, young children learn complex concepts, developing logical thinking and persistence and resilience through their accomplishments, despite not being able to read.

Starting from the ages of 9, they will learn User Design Experience and User Design Index through Javascript, HTML, CSS, and SQL programs. Courses include website designs and app designs. Kids Coding can also provide co-op placements for our students once they reach a mature age and have the knowledge to do basic coding for our partner companies.

"Provide a place where gaming is celebrated as kids gain confidence in coding, math, logic, & problem solving."

Game Design

Ages: Kindergarten - Grade 3, Grade 3 - Grade 5

We leverage kids' interests with coding using game designs. It encourages teamwork and reinforces problem-solving concepts. Bloxels is a great way to learn game design by creating an environment where learning is fun, interactive, intuitive and informative. Video game design concepts, techniques, and skills are developed through the course, enabling children to build, code, play, share, and collaborate alongside peers. Not only can students see the authentic results of their own game, they can share their games with students around the world, experiencing the joy of others playing their game. We do 2D and 3D designs

Skills learned: Design, problem solving, logical thinking, teamwork, coding and confidence.
